Oxleas Tree Care Ltd are currently looking for experienced tree climbers and grounds persons to join their team.

The company is rapidly expanding and we are looking to recruit quality staff to join us.

Oxleas Tree Care is a hard-working driven organisation and the ideal candidate would be required to be physically fit to carry out all tree services and be proficient in large pruning and dismantling operations.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, all PPE and uniform and further training and development.

Due to the nature of the work candidates need to be physically fit to carry out all tree services.

Our roles are full time permanent positions.

Tree Climbers/Surgeon:

Essential skills and requirements:

• CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 (or equivalent)
• Full clean driving licence: qualified for 3 years
• High standard of workmanship, following British Standards 3998.
• Assertive, approachable, with excellent communication skills and physically strong to be able to carry out the work required.
• Flexible and reliable.

Desirable:

• CS41 - PA1/PA6
• First aid at work and a CSCS card
